SHIPPING: We ship to US, Canada and Mexico addresses only from any of our available carriers. We include shipping insurance and a tracking will be mailed to you as soon as the item ships.
We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped outside of Tennessee. If applicable, sales tax will be added to your order during our Guaranteed Secure Checkout.
RETURNS POLICY: You must contact the seller to receive a return authorization number prior to returning goods for a refund. Items must be returned within 7 days in their original condition, in the original box containing all contents including a BLANK Warranty Card if included. A Refund will then be given minus the actual shipping costs.
SHIPPING DAMAGE: Items that have been damaged in shipment must be immediately reported to us and an inspection will be arranged with the carrier.
Hold damaged goods with any packing material undisturbed for an inspection by the carrier’s agent.
DO NOT RETURN ANY DAMAGED GOODS TO DETECTORDEALS.COM WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.
